500 g of flours
250 g of butter
1 pinch of salt
1 envelope of vanilla extract
1 envelope of yeast
Medium eggs
300 g of sugar
250 ml of milk
2 lemons

To prepare the cake started working the softened butter with the sugar at room temperature using whips, until frothy then add the salt and vanilla. At this point, incorporate the eggs and continue to knead the dough for about 3,4 minutes.
styr in the zest of two lemons and mix the flour with the baking powder sifted in advance alternately adding the milk little by little.

When the ingredients are well blended butter a donut pan with a diameter of 26 cm and flour it, adapting it, pour the mixture into the mold. Bake the cake at 180 C for about 50 minutes until inserting a toothpick into the cake will not be waste. Let cool the cake and sprinkle with powdered sugar to taste
